Planning for the future is important. And, it's easier with CEFCU's Retirement Income Plan and 401(k) Plan. CEFCU's Retirement Income Plan is funded exclusively by CEFCU and is designed to provide you with a basic monthly pension benefit payable at retirement. You may also save for retirement with CEFCU's 401(k) Plan, which includes a variety of funds for your investment options.

You may contribute to the Plan when you meet eligibility requirements.

Earn Vacation Time
Vacations result in healthier, more rested employees. CEFCU makes it possible for employees to take time off with pay, whether they work full time or part time. Depending on the number of hours worked, all employees may earn up to 80 hours of paid vacation to use the next calendar year. Plus, full time employees receive up to 72 hours additional paid vacation each year.

Shape Up In The Fitness Center
The CEFCU Fitness Center is open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. Aerobic classes are also offered.

CEFCU provides you with opportunities for continued learning and new challenges by allowing you to apply for other positions with the Credit Union. After mastering their current position, employees who qualify may move to other positions as opportunities arise.

Participate In EQIP (Employee Quality Improvement Process)
While participation is voluntary, CEFCU encourages employees to join a Quality Team–a small group which gathers regularly to solve work problems and streamline processes.
