Need to get money to someone fast? CEFCU My Pay is the free, secure way to transfer money to almost anyone, anywhere.

All you need is a CEFCU Debit Mastercard®. The recipient doesn’t even have to be a CEFCU member! Just log into Online or Mobile Banking, go to Transactions, and select CEFCU My Pay.

CEFCU My Pay Tips & Facts

  • Access is from within Online or Mobile Banking, so CEFCU My Pay is secure.
  • Funds are withdrawn right away and arrive quick, too.
  • Recipients don’t need a CEFCU account. Funds can be received by using a debit card or a savings/checking account.
  • A mobile phone number or email address is all you need to send funds.
  • Double check the recipient’s info before you OK the transfer. Once the money is sent, the funds are received immediately and cannot be returned.


  • What do I need in order to use CEFCU My Pay?

    A CEFCU account with a Debit Card and valid PIN are needed to use CEFCU My Pay. You don’t need to enroll, just log into CEFCU On-Line® or Mobile Banking and go to Transactions > CEFCU My Pay.

    NOTE: Debit Cards tied only to a Savings account are restricted to three Debit Card transactions and $500 a month. HSA accounts are not eligible.

  • Who can I send money to using CEFCU My Pay?

    Recipients do not need a CEFCU account to receive funds. Funds can be sent to a debit card or checking account. Debit card recipients must be in a participating network — such as Star, NYCE, Pulse, Shazam, CU24, or Accel.

CEFCU My Pay Details

Sending funds with CEFCU My Pay is similar to an ATM withdrawal. The timing of when funds are received depends on whether recipient elects to receive funds to their debit card or checking account. Payments from Savings accounts are restricted to three transactions and $500 per month.
