Peoria, IL – Giann Walker was promoted to a Senior Vice President position; Gary Moss and Ron Routh were promoted to Vice President positions; Diane Roe and Wyatt Wolven were promoted to Assistant Vice President positions; Emylee Bitner, Natalie Brandon, Jennifer Cunningham, Melissa Janson, Patrick McMeen, Janet Murphy, Jeremiah Schmidt, Stephanie Shields, and Melissa Wireman were promoted; Josh Bennett, Rick Bentley, Michael Colclasure, Barb Cotton, Shadia Couri, Justin Craig, Tammy Frericks, Nick Gillhouse, Lisa Rotermund, Greg Trier, and Mary Turner assume new management positions; Bruce Addler, Gary Densberger, Cliff Quine, and Dave Zimmerman announced their retirements.

Walker was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President of Member Experience, Member Operations, and Employee Development. Her job responsibilities include directing the execution of corporate member experience, vision, strategy, and guiding principles.

Moss was promoted to Vice President of Collections. His responsibilities include overseeing the operations of the Collections Department.

Routh was named Vice President of Information Services. His job responsibilities include overseeing CEFCU’s Information Services’ Programming, Operations, Network Communications, Internet Services, and Information Security areas.

Roe was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Member Experience and Employee Development. Her job responsibilities include overseeing the execution of corporate member experience, vision, strategy, and guiding principles.

Wolven was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Accounting. His job responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of call reports, budgets, tax returns, and consolidated financial statements.

Bitner was promoted to Canton Member Center Sales Operations Manager. Her job responsibilities include overseeing daily operations.

Brandon was promoted to Corporate Research Manager. Her job responsibilities include overseeing data collection of business objectives.

Cunningham was promoted to Peoria Airport Member Center Manager. Her job responsibilities include identifying and developing business opportunities and overseeing office operations.

Janson was promoted to Compliance Manager. Her job responsibilities include overseeing corporate compliance with applicable rules, regulations, statutory requirements, and CEFCU’s By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation.

McMeen was promoted to Card Member Services Manager. His job responsibilities include directing and managing member service functions for CEFCU’s Insured Money Market Accounts and Checking programs.

Murphy was promoted to Veterans Member Center Sales Operations Manager. Her job responsibilities include overseeing daily operations.

Schmidt was promoted to Lincoln Member Center Sales Operations Manager. His job responsibilities include overseeing daily operations.

Shields was promoted to Electronic Member Center Operations Manager. Her job responsibilities include overseeing the operations of CEFCU’s Electronic Member Center.

Wireman was promoted to Germantown Hills Member Center Manager. Her job responsibilities include identifying and developing business opportunities and overseeing office operations.

Bentley was named Business Development Manager. His job responsibilities include expanding CEFCU’s membership base through employer groups.

Colclasure was named Facilities Manager. His job responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing facilities activities.

Craig was named Home Loan Manager. His job responsibilities include planning and directing loan originations and overseeing daily operations.

Trier was named the Direct Lending Manager. His job responsibilities include directing and overseeing activities of Internet Loan staff who process and service loan requests.

Turner was named Records Center Manager. Her job responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and developing procedures to effectively manage CEFCU’s corporate records and information resources.

Frericks assumed Washington Member Center Manager. Her job responsibilities include identifying and developing business opportunities and overseeing office operations.

Assuming Member Center Sales Operations Manager positions are: Bennett to Germantown Hills Member Center, Cotton to East Peoria Member Center, Couri to Washington Member Center, Gillhouse to Eureka Member Center, and Rotermund to Peoria Downtown Member Center

In addition, CEFCU announces the retirement of Bruce Addler, Gary Densberger, Cliff Quine, and Dave Zimmerman.

Addler has been an employee of CEFCU for 46 years, last serving as the Washington Member Center Manager. His retirement was effective February 8, 2019.

Densberger has been an employee of CEFCU for 41 years, last serving as the East Peoria Member Center Manager. His retirement will be effective March, 22, 2019.

Quine has been an employee for CEFCU for 42 years, last serving as the Facilities Manager. His retirement was effective February 15, 2019.

Zimmerman has been an employee for CEFCU for 39 years, last serving as the Vice President of Information Services. His retirement will be effective March 20, 2019.
