About Kevin

Kevin Barbier, Trust & Investment Management Officer and Certified Financial Planner™ professional, has more than 20 years of experience in Investment, Retirement, and Trust Management. He has been responsible for administering high-net-worth relationships in all of these areas.

Currently, Kevin is a board member of UnityPoint Methodist Health Services Corporation Proctor Health Care, Inc. board and sits on its Strategy, Planning & Finance Committee. Kevin also serves on the Corporate Investment Committee for UnityPoint Health, and the Investment Committee for the Community Foundation of Central Illinois. Kevin is a former 6-year board member of the Community Foundation of Central Illinois and former Chairperson of its Investment Committee. In addition, he's a member of the Central Illinois Financial Planning Association and Estate Planning Council of Central Illinois. He was born and raised in Peoria, Illinois and received his Bachelor's degree in Finance from Bradley University in 1993. He's also a graduate of the ABA National Trust School at Northwestern University.

About Shelley

Shelley L. Kiesewetter has more than 20 years of CEFCU experience and is a member of the CEFCU Wealth Management team. She recently acquired the prestigious Certified Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers (ICB) as a demonstration of her continued commitment to CEFCU and the financial services industry overall. The CTFA designation is awarded to individuals who demonstrate excellence in the field of wealth and trust management.

During her career at CEFCU, she has worked as a relationship specialist in the areas of trust administration and consumer lending. She is currently licensed by the State of Illinois for Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance products. In addition, she attended the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Mutual's Trainer Certification for the Creating Member Loyalty Program and trained Credit Union staff in Sales & Service Strategies during a three-year period.
