Accessibility Help

CEFCU is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience in accordance with ADA standards and guidelines. We are actively working to increase accessibility and usability of our website to everyone. If you are using a screen reader or other auxiliary aid and are having problems using this website, please contact us at 1.800.633.7077 between 7:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. Central Time Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. Central Time Friday, and 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Central Time on Saturday. All products and services available on this website are available at all CEFCU Member Centers.

Member Centers and ATMs

Our Member Centers are designed to meet the needs of our members. Convenience features include:

  • Handicap parking spaces
  • Receptionist located near the doors
  • Accessible teller windows

Visitors who have difficulty entering or navigating our Member Centers may request assistance from our Member Center Receptionist or any Member Center employee. We also welcome service animals.

Accessibility features at our ATMs include:

  • Braille instructions
  • Headset jack with verbal instructions and screen blanking options
  • Touchpoint height on walk-up models

Phone

Members with hearing impairments are encouraged to contact us via our toll-free Teletypewriter device (TTY) at 1.800.492.3328 between 7:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. Central Time Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. Central Time Friday, and 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Central Time on Saturday.  We also offer online chat through our website, Digital Assistant through your smart home devices and text message, and secure message through CEFCU On-Line® and Mobile Banking for members who prefer to communicate through those channels.

Online/Mobile

For members who have difficulty visiting a Member Center or using the phone, CEFCU On-Line and Mobile Banking serve as useful alternatives to access many of our products and services. CEFCU maintains mobile and browser application compatibility with industry standards and guidelines. To improve your web experience, we recommend utilizing your operating system or browser's native accessibility tools. We're continuing to update our online and mobile platforms to provide greater accessibility.
