Peoria, IL – CEFCU announces the retirements of Chuck Walker and Giann Walker, and the management moves of Wyatt Wolven, Ken Anderson, and Diane Roe.
Chuck Walker has been an employee of CEFCU for 28 years, last serving as the Chief Financial Officer. In addition to his job responsibilities of overseeing CEFCU’s financial operations, he was also involved with many charities, most recently serving on the board of WTVP.
Giann Walker has been an employee of CEFCU for 39 years, last serving as the Senior Vice President of Member Experience, Member Operations, and Employee Development. In addition to her job responsibilities of overseeing Member Center operations, she also served on the board of the Center for Prevention of Abuse.
Wyatt Wolven was promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer. His job responsibilities include overseeing CEFCU’s financial planning, accounting, cash management and investment functions, financial procedures, and fiscal operations.
Ken Anderson was promoted to Vice President of Member Operations. His job responsibilities include directing, developing, and facilitating strategic projects to enhance the overall operations of Member Centers and the Member Contact Center.
Diane Roe was promoted to Vice President of Member Experience and Employee Development. Her job responsibilities include overseeing the execution of corporate member experience, vision, strategy, and guiding principles while developing the ongoing quality service and sales culture.
