  • How do I log in to the Online Banking system?
    1. Go to the User/Login Business tab under Access My Accounts on the Home page of
    2. Enter your Business Member ID, which is your CEFCU Savings account number. If that is not seven numbers, add at least one 0 before it to make it seven characters. For example, if your Savings account number is 1234, your Business Member ID will be 0001234.
    3. Enter the Login ID and click the green arrow. The Login ID field has a total of eight numbers and will be your CEFCU Savings account number plus leading zeros to make a total of eight characters. For example, if your Savings account number is 4321, your Business Member ID will be 00004321.
    4. Enter the temporary password and click Continue.
    5. Set up a new password: Enter the temporary password, choose a new one, then reenter to verify. Click Continue.
    6. Choose an authentication picture and phrase and set up authentication questions and answers for the first time.
  • How do I sign up for Online Banking?
