Peoria, IL – CEFCU donated $2,500 to Peoria County Sheriff’s Office (FOP #157) to help purchase new officer rifle-rated ballistic vests. The County Sheriff-approved vests help ensure officer safety, and will allow officers to carry medical kits and supplies to help aid in citizen emergencies.

Jana Stevens, CEFCU Marketing Vice President, stated, “CEFCU recognizes the importance of increasing officer safety, and is proud to be able to contribute towards that initiative. We felt this was a great opportunity to express our appreciation and gratitude for the law enforcement community, and all they do to protect us and our communities.”
