CEFCU On-Line® and Mobile Banking Unenrollment Request

The use of this form is to request unenrollment from your CEFCU On-Line and Mobile Banking. To unenroll from CEFCU On-Line and Mobile Banking, including the CEFCU Mobile Banking Application downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, fill out the below form. Your Login ID, Password, any recurring transactions initiated via this service, and any linked accounts held externally will be deleted upon processing this request.

  • Requests may take up to 2 business days to take effect.
  • If there are any questions, a CEFCU representative will be calling you.
