The look and feel of Online and Mobile banking have changed to make your experience even better!

The same convenient service with an even easier way to access our products and services in a more streamlined, easy-to-find menu.

Changes

  • CardSwap, Biller Direct, and both Bill Pay options are now located under the Transfers & Payments menu option.
  • The following pages (Transfers & Payments (previously ‘Transactions’), Services, Settings, and Apply Now) now have a Search function that allows members to type in a word or keyword related to products/services associated only with that page.
  • Card Management has become a new main menu option.
  • Message, Locations, CEFCU Contact Information, Video Tutorial, and User Guide options are now under the Services menu option.
  • News and Rates is now located under the Settings menu option.
  • Open an Account is now located under the Apply Now menu option.
  • “Search for Jobs” has changed to “Join the Team” and is located under the Apply Now menu option.
  • Each menu option now will give a brief description of what the product/service does.

CEFCU always looks for ways to make your online and mobile banking even easier! The changes were implemented to allow for a more organized and simplistic online banking experience. The new display was created so that the products and services that CEFCU offers would be categorized into menu options that relate to their function. Therefore, the products and services are easy to find within online banking.
