Lost or Stolen Cards

Report lost or stolen CEFCU Debit/Credit Cards immediately. Representatives are available 24/7.

NOTE: Do not report a lost/stolen card through email.

Log into CECU On-Line® and Mobile Banking and:

  • Select Card Management from the Menu.
  • Click Card Services.
  • Select Report Lost or Stolen and answer the questions.
  • Click Submit.

Phishing/Suspicious Email

Forward suspicious email that uses CEFCU's name to . If you haven't provided any information, just delete the email. If you have responded to the suspicious email, contact CEFCU immediately. Learn more about phishing.

Identity (ID) Theft

If you are an Identity Theft victim:

  • Contact CEFCU as soon as possible at 1.800.542.3328.
  • File a report with your local police department.
  • Contact the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). You may file a report online or call 1.877.IDTHEFT.
