Credit Card Disclosures

Married persons may apply for credit as individuals. If this is an application for an individual account and you are relying on your own income or assets (in community property states, separate income or assets) and not the income or assets of another person (or community property) for repayment of the credit requested, questions relative to marital status and to income resources and assets of the spouse need not be answered. Only the applicant's resources will be evaluated in determining credit worthiness.

Interest Rate and Interest Changes

How We Will Calculate Your Balance: We use a method called "average daily balance (including current transactions)." This balance is figured for Purchases, for Balance Transfers, and for Cash Advances, separately, by adding the outstanding balance (including current transactions and deducting payments, credits, unpaid interest charges, and unpaid fees) for each day in the billing cycle, and then dividing by the number of days in the billing cycle.

1The APR is determined by adding the "Margin" to the "Prime Rate." The "Margin" differs for Purchases and Cash Advances as follows:

2The "Prime Rate" is the prime rate published in the "Money Rates" column of The Wall Street Journal on the computation dates. The computation dates will be December 1, March 1, June 1, and September 1 (or if such dates do not fall upon a business day, the first publication day thereafter). The APRs are based on the 3.50% Prime Rate on 12/1/2016. The maximum APR and penalty APR for Purchases and Cash Advances will never be greater than the lesser of 29.99% or the maximum rate permitted by law.

3The penalty APR is determined by adding the "Margin" to the "Prime Rate." The "Margin" differs for Purchases and Cash Advances as follows:
