Fast Track Teller machines allow you to make withdrawals, deposits, bill and loan payments, and even cash checks to the penny.

With on-screen verification, the machines scan any check you insert and display the check on-screen so you can make sure the right amount is being deposited. If you deposit cash, the number and denomination of bills is posted on-screen for your verification, too.

See the Smart ATM Demo for step-by-step instructions on using the new machines. For more information about the new machines, check out the Smart ATM FAQs or contact CEFCU.

May I use an envelope for my deposits?

No. The new, improved Fast Track Teller machines instantly verify deposits so envelopes are not necessary. Instead, you can deposit checks one at a time, directly into the check reader, or insert a stack of bills into the cash acceptor. The onscreen instructions will guide you through the process.

How many bills can I put in the machine at one time?

You can deposit up to 30 bills at one time. The bills may be facing any direction but must be unfolded.

May I deposit more than one check at a time?

If you have multiple checks you would like to deposit you must insert each check separately. The machine will scan each check, then prompt you for any additional check(s) to complete your deposit.

May I deposit cash and checks in the same transaction?

Yes. However, cash and check(s) must be deposited by using different slots on the machine. Fast Track Teller will prompt you to continue your transaction, so you can deposit additional cash and/or checks.

Do I need to sort my cash before depositing it?

No. The machine will automatically sort and count your cash deposit. Bills cannot be folded or bundled. Coins are not accepted for deposit or loan payments.

Can I verify the accuracy of my deposit before completing the transaction?

Yes. You can see the check(s) and the amount onscreen for instant verification. For cash deposits, you'll see a count of each denomination. Your deposit receipt will include an itemized listing of all deposited cash, plus images of deposited checks.

Can I cancel a transaction after I have inserted my cash or check(s) for deposit?

Yes. Simply touch the screen where indicated, and Fast Track Teller will return your cash and/or check(s).

Why is Fast Track Teller prompting me to enter my Personal Identification Number (PIN) again?

With the new Fast Track Teller, you begin your transaction by inserting and removing your card quickly from the cardreader. This is different from having your card remain in Fast Track Teller throughout your transaction, so you may be prompted to re-verify your PIN when you complete more than one transaction at a time.

Can I withdraw coin using Fast Track Teller?

No. You can continue to cash checks to the penny using Fast Track Teller, but cash withdrawals from your account must be in dollar increments, subject to your daily limit.

Can I cash a check to the penny using Fast Track Teller?

Yes. You can continue to cash a check to the penny using Fast Track Teller, subject to your daily limit.

Will Fast Track Teller allow me to split my deposit among more than one CEFCU account suffix?

No. You can still achieve the same goal by depositing the entire amount in one account and then performing a transfer.

Can I split my payment between more than one loan at a time using Fast Track Teller?

No. You are only able to make one payment at a time. You may make another payment using a second Fast Track Teller transaction; or you may deposit the total amount of your payments to a deposit account, then transfer your payments to your CEFCU loan(s) using Fast Track Teller.

What should I do if I experience issues with my transaction?

If you have any questions about the new Fast Track Teller machines or problems with your transactions, please contact CEFCU.
